Any defects not visible on individual stamps are stated in the description. On lots of hundreds or thousands of pieces there may also be different conditions that will be appropriately reported.
Cataloging refers to a reference catalog that is always specified.
Payment will be made in advance. For large orders you can , in advance, agree on an installment payment. In this case, the shipment of the material will take place upon completion of payment with the issuance of the relevant purchase invoice.
Prices are inclusive of VAT
Orders are normally processed within 5 working days. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped and provided with a tracking code.
Materials are shipped only and exclusively by tracked means and their amount is related to weight. If you have any doubts please contact us before making a purchase. Shipping prices for domestic or foreign are clearly visible at the dedicated link (insert link)
You will have 14 days to be able to return the material and be refunded. Shipping must be by tracked means at your expense (registered mail or courier), and reimbursement will be due for the full amount except postage, which remains your responsibility. If the material is wrong or has been described incorrectly, the shipping costs for the second shipment will be borne by us.
For any disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Cuneo.
